Can I request a product that is not beauty or cosmetics?

Yes. The sourcing service is not limited to perfumery or cosmetics: you can request any lawful product from any category. We review legal and commercial feasibility and, if possible, send you a quote with price and lead time. We do not process products whose sale is prohibited or restricted.

How does product sourcing work?

1) You submit a request with the product you are looking for. 2) We review feasibility. 3) If possible, we send you a quote with the price (VAT and shipping itemised) and estimated lead time. 4) You accept the quote and pay. 5) We acquire the product and ship it. 6) You receive your invoice.

Question 3

Does submitting a request oblige me to buy?

Accepted Answer

No. Submitting the request does not constitute a contract or a binding offer. The contract is formed only when you accept and pay the quote.

Which products cannot be sourced?

Accepted Answer

We do not process products whose sale to the public is prohibited or requires an authorisation we do not hold: prescription medicines, weapons, narcotic substances, tobacco and nicotine vaping products, alcoholic beverages without a licence, live animals, hazardous materials, among others. Question 5

Can I return a sourced product?

Accepted Answer

As a general rule you have 14 calendar days to withdraw. However, under art. 103 LGDCU perishable products, unsealed hygiene or cosmetic products and personalised items are excluded from withdrawal. In all cases the 3-year legal warranty for defects remains.
